My mission is to make you stronger than you've ever been told is possible.
I believe in judging our strength based on what we are capable of, not what we look like.
For a long time, I chased aesthetics in my training. And every time I got “there,” I felt exhausted, drained, and hopeless. There was never an end, never a moment to stop and celebrate every adventure my body had brought me on. Even when I felt at my strongest, my body was always "wrong" by some metric.
I think a lot of us have experienced this - and the journey into healing often leaves us associating workouts and fitness with this toxic mindset.
My goal is to rewrite the narrative, entirely.
When I climbed my first big mountain, my perspective on my body shifted entirely. My legs that I had critiqued for years? I was so proud of them, for taking me up that mountain. My core that wasn’t perfectly sculpted in every which way? It helped me balance and keep my footing so that I could watch sunrise over the Lost River Range.
It felt like a breath of fresh air. Actually believing in my ability to do hard things allowed me to train harder - pushing my body to explore the strength it is actually capable of, instead of constantly and forevermore coming up short of “the dream body.” Yes, my body changed. But my perspective changed more.
This is a training style that leads to an end point that is nourishing, not draining.
On this platform, I'm all about training to celebrate your body, not to punish it. I want you to believe it is capable of some pretty incredible feats, and to push yourself to see what’s just on the other end of your comfort zone.
I plan to train you to live in your strongest body - so that you can say
yes
to any adventure that comes your way.
